OUR HISTORY
1994 –Painting Begins
CLC was founded in 1994 at the historic International Harvester building in Fort Wayne, Indiana as a painter for automotive and heavy truck exteriors.
2005 –CLC Moves to Kendallville, Indiana
With over 315,000 sq. ft. Plant 1 becomes the home for Painting & Assembly.
2008 –Injection Molding Begins
CLC broadens its core competencies, becoming one of the few industry suppliers that has the ability to deliver both Injection Molding along with Painting & Finishing.
2010 –Plant 2 Is Established
Continued growth leads to the need for a larger foot print. Plant 1 becomes the home of all Paint & Assembly while Plant 2 is dedicated to Injection Molding.
2013 –Plant 3 Is Established
Injection Molding services continue to grow. Plant 3 becomes the home of Small Tonnage Injection Molding and Plant 2 is dedicated to Large Tonnage Injection Molding.
2018 – $5 Million Capital Investment
CLC expands their Injection Molding Capabilities with an aggressive $5 Million Capital Investment focused on new large tonnage injection molding machines.
