MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

SUMMARY

The selected candidate will be responsible for successful design, implementation, launch and continuous improvement for all assigned manufacturing equipment and processes that produce the company’s product.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manufacturing Engineer shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks; Implement production process with continuous improvement. Create documentation for production support and data collection. Create and update process control plans and PFMEA’s. Develop training programs for production team leaders, technicians and operators. Select vendors for equipment and production materials. Develop and issue criteria to vendors for items supplied. Determine stock items and quantities for equipments spare parts and production materials. Define preventative maintenance items and schedules for equipment. Initiate work orders for equipment problems. Maintain plant layout in AutoCAD. Responsible for environmental, health and safety issues in the manufacturing area. Participate in the planning of personnel safety and protection activities consistent with OSHA/IOSHA and regulatory agency standards and guidelines and ensure all reporting associates are trained and comply. Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and statues and other governmental regulations which are directly applicable to the company. Establish area goals to support production and strategic initiatives. Develop, document and provide for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, production and quality. Develop or revise standard operational and working practices and observe associates to ensure compliance with standards. Coordinate safety efforts with the Safety Administrator. Keep abreast of materials related to the companies needs, through trade publications, papers, seminars and classes Support TS16949 Initiatives.

TOOLING ENGINEER

SUMMARY

Responsible for the development and improvement of tooling to increase efficiency and quality of operations. Provides the overall tooling design and suggested measures for improvement of manufacturing, thereby increasing productivity, customer satisfaction and profitability

PAINT MIXER

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for paint preparation (mixing) for production which includes setup of paint pots, monitoring and reporting paint viscosity, maintaining paint kitchen equipment along with keeping the work area clean and organized. This position may also assist with painting as needed. Previous experience with paint mixing, application & processes will be considered in the selection process.

Creative Liquid Coatings is a manufacturer of high quality products for the automotive, truck, and marine industry. To fuel our growth, we are seeking motivated candidates with leadership experience to join the company in a team leader role. Team leaders are responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. Team size usually ranges from 4-12 associates. Candidates with paint and body, SMC / Fiberglass finishing, and leadership experience are preferred. Training is available for candicates with leadership experience who have not worked in plastics part finishing previously. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Team Leader is responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks; • Oversee Topcoat prep process involving part inspection, repair, and finishing. • Ensure department employees follow all plant safety rules and procedures without exception and does the same. • Serves as a trainer and mentor for production associates in assigned area. • Assigns daily work tasks to production associates in assigned area, reallocating labor as needed to complete production requirements. • Orders and disseminate production related supplies and materials to employees. • Communicate production related issues and take necessary action to ensure production requirements are meet on a consistent basis. • Perform production functions as part of department team if assigned or in the event of employee absenteeism. • Promote teamwork among department employees and encourage others in a positive manner. • Monitor and record hourly performance data on production tracking boards. • Print finished good labels and verify labels are applied to product correctly. • Communicate effectively with associates and managers. • Follows 5S standards to ensure work environment is safe, clean and orderly. • Participate in Kaizen activities as requested and support continuous improvement efforts.
QUALITY AUDITOR

SUMMARY

As a Quality Auditor you will be responsible for inspecting product to ensure all product meets defined standards for durability, fit and finish, tolerances, and function for overall measure of product quality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

SUMMARY

Responsible for troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance to ensure correct and efficient operation.

QUALITY COORDINATOR

SUMMARY

It is the responsibility of the Quality Coordinator to perform the following duties with an emphasis on completing multiple tasks on a daily basis.

Report results and action as applicable to the audit(s) • Follow up with External and Internal Audit corrective actions until closed • Assure CLC Business Management System (BMS) meets ISO 9000:2015, IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System standard and customer-specific requirements. • Maintain Lead Auditor status with establishing internal auditors • Handle confidential information on a regular basis • Update and maintain IQMS site for document control, reporting functions and review for accuracy; Organize document structure; Maintain document control process; and historical document control records; Perform document audits to ensure document annual reviews occur; Follow-up action to ensure responsible document owners update responsible documents as applicable • Create / Track key performance indicator reports (KPI) for audits completion, audit failures, countermeasure status, and document reviews status. • Participate in Continual Improvement activities • Adhere to customer requirements

SHIPPING TECHNICIAN

SUMMARY

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the shipment of goods for a given customer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned. • Must interface with Customer Service Representative, Area Managers, Quality, Logistics carrier to meet the customer expectations • This person supports the Shipping Area and is primarily responsible for identifying, counting, labeling and preparing goods for regular and expedited shipments. • In order to be successful in this role, the Shipping Coordinator must ensure the shipment of goods meets the customer’s specification in quantity, quality, labeling and packaging by the required delivery date. • Confirm customer’s shipping specifications. For example: o Corvette requires loading by sequence number. o Rehau requires Master Label and RAN #’s. o GM has specific packaging requirements. o Ensure proper skid is utilized. o Ensure labeling is correct. • Ensure generation of all pick tickets, packing slips, and bill of ladings accurately reflect shipment. • Ensure advanced shipping notices (ASN) are sent to customer in a timely manner. • Ensure all customer packaging requirements are adhered to for shipments. • Ensure Forklift safety checks are completed daily. • Load and unload product on to trucks by Forklift. • Ensure all materials received and shipped on interplant shipments are scanned and recorded in computer system and interplant packing slip accompanies each shipment. • Manage pallet inventory. • Ensure all goods are received or transferred to storage location in computer system. • Responsible for inventory accuracy. • 5S in areas of responsibilities – Main aisle, Railspur, Area 1751, Area 1900. • Cycle Counting of raw materials. • Adhere to standard work. PROCESS TECHNICIAN

SUMMARY

Responsible for handling plastic resin, setting mold tools in/out of the mold presses and/or setting up & monitoring process parameters along with ancillary equipment to produce the quantity and quality of product that meets or exceeds customer requirements.
